We are excited to announce our invited readers for the inaugural Two Hour Transport performance will be Liz Kellebrew, Kyra Worrell and Elly B.
Liz Kellebrew lives in Seattle, writing fiction, poetry, literary essays, and creative nonfiction. She received her MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College in 2015, and her work has appeared in The Pitkin Review and Beyond Parallax. Most recently, she was interviewed for the Interviews | Writers | Quotes blog at interviewswritersquotes.wordpress.com
Kyra Dewey Worrell remembers writing her first story in Kindergarten (dictated to her Mom and delivered to the teacher – and as a budding writer, she was already afraid of her potential critics and pled sick on the day the story was to be read), and wrote her first novel in 8th grade. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in English, with an Emphasis in Creative Writing. She’s always loved Sci-Fi & Fantasy/speculative fiction/strange fiction reading and writing. She still wants to be a writer when she grows up.
Elly Bangs is a lifelong inhabitant of the Salish Sea who has been writing dystopian novels since the age of 16. She lives with her 0 cats and works as a nonprofit administrative octopus. In her spare time she rides her bike very far, has unusually vivid and detailed dreams, and thinks a lot about thought itself. Her work has appeared in Strange Horizons and Bikes In Space.
